Elmwood Community Unit District #322

Elmwood Community Schools #322 is excited to announce the official launch of a Strategic Planning Process.  A diverse team of administrators, Board of Education members, community members, teachers, and staff are dedicated to meet for (4)four three-hour meetings, facilitated by the Peoria County ROE,  from  December 05 and March 25th.  The strategic plan will be the result of extensive input from our valued stakeholders, including students, parents, staff, and community members, and reflects our shared vision for the future of Elmwood Community Schools. Throughout the process the committee will work diligently to gather and analyze feedback, ensuring that the plan addresses the needs, goals, and aspirations of our entire school community. The strategic plan will be composed of the following components:

1.     Mission Statement

2.     Vision Statement

3.     Goals and/or Objectives

The plan will be designed to be a living document, adaptable to the evolving needs of our district, with regular reviews to ensure we are on track to meet our goals. The strategic plan will guide us in creating a vision to continue the tradition of excellence by preparing our students to thrive in an ever-changing world.

At this stage in the planning process, we are attempting to identify the attributes we believe are most important for future graduating students in our community.   We believe that every listed attribute is important, but are narrowing the list for what is most important to our community.  Please take a look at the list on this link or QR Code below and give us your feedback on the Top 3 attributes you believe are MOST important for a future graduate of Elmwood #322 to possess. Thank you for your continued support and commitment to our students' success.  This form will stop accepting responses on January 10th, 2025.
