EB Trojans XC finished 17th as a team today at the First to the Finish Invite. Aiden Faulkner placed 7th with an impressive time of 15:20. Kam Stevenson also posted a good time of 16:13

A student about "hydrogen water" bottles. The company cites this study. The conclusion: more research is needed and that benefits "may" be there. My suggestion, instead of spending $299 on a water bottle, eat some fruits, vegetables, and fibre. Get plenty of sleep. Excercise regularly.
